1. Only students currently residing in Los Baños, Laguna are eligible to be a participant in this category.

2. The films must run from 1 to 2 minutes only and must be in line with the theme: Buhay Elbi. Only narrative films in live action or animation are accepted. Experimental narratives are also accepted.

3. The Festival committee has the right to determine the eligibility of the short films submitted.

SUBMISSION:

1. A duly-accomplished registration form must be submitted.

2. An HD or SD quality of the short film must be submitted.

3. Submission of entries will end on JANUARY 15, 2018.

4. Only one film submission will be honoured by the Festival Committee.

AWARDS:

1. Only one short film will be awarded as the winner and will receive a cash prize amounting to Php 2000 and a free admission to Pelikultura screenings and events.

2. One short film will be awarded as Audience’s Choice and will receive gift certificates and a free admission to Pelikultura screenings and events.
