Everyone is invited to participate in the 8th Pelikultura: Calabarzon Film Festival as we continue to harvest artworks and masterpieces from budding and aspiring filmmakers from our region. Filmmakers, based in Calabarzon or not, are very much welcome to submit short films made from January to December 2017.
