1. The special exhibition programs are open to all filmmakers, residents of Calabarzon or not. All film submissions should be original feature-length or short films of any genre and format. The films should be made in 2017 although those produced earlier may be considered.

2. Themes and number of film submissions are not restricted. However, there is no guarantee that all film submissions will be included in the program.

3. Film submissions should have English subtitles in consideration of a foreign audience.

​

4. Filmmakers should submit a duly accomplished submission form, an h.264 mp4 file of the film and trailer, and poster stored in DVD or flash drive. All entries should be received on or before December 21, 2017.

5. Filmmakers who will be chosen to exhibit their films will be considered official delegates and are expected to attend the festival in February 2018 at UPLB.
